The development will comprise 251 new homes which includes 82 one-beds and 165 two-bed apartments, as well as four townhouses.
Work is expected to start before the end of this year with completion targeted for early 2029.
Linear Design and Construct has been appointed main contractor alongside AEW Architects, planning consultants Enabl and project management firm Rihbell.
